Sandy Haley

Sandy Haley grew up in the Detroit area surrounded by Chicago Blues and Soul influences. She now resides in Los Angeles and is beloved by audiences for her sassy humor, soulful singing style, Americana storytelling, songwriting and piano playing.

In 2022, Miss Haley’s band went to Memphis for the International Blues Challenge and advanced to the semi-finals competing with 200 other bands from around the world!

Sandy’s bluesy powerhouse voice has provided backup for well-respected artists and her professional career spans from touring as an opening act for Sammy Hagar and The Beach Boys. The Sandy Haley band regularly perform with touring artists including John Mayall and the Bluesbreakers, Tommy Castro and the Painkillers, Coco Montoya, Chris Cain, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy and many others.

This 2022 collection of songs called “Feels Like Freedom” is Sandy’s personal life stories written to encourage others to overcome their struggles and pursue their dreams and keep the Faith. All this would not be possible without the help of her cherished musician friends who generously contributed their talents to the recording. Special shoutout to Grammy winner, Tony Braunagel who produced this CD.

• The Sandy Haley Experience band is comprised of:
• Bluesman Jon Woodhead on guitar, he has shared the stage for many years with Maria Muldour and is a first call studio musician in Los Angeles.
• Ricky “RC” Cortes from Santa Clarita, California is laying down the groove on bass. Ricky is a former Bluesbreaker, touring and recording with John Mayall.
• Steve Stephens-a gifted drummer, he has toured and recorded with Diana Ross, Patti Austin and his own band BrokenToiz who has three Grammy nominations.
• Teddy Andreadis-keyboardist and arranger who has toured with Guns and Roses, Carole King and Alice Cooper.
• Paulie Cerra on sax and backup vocals, best known for his work with The Blues Brothers and Joe Bonamassa.

“Feels Like Freedom” this groovy title song is an anthem for hard working people that want to celebrate life, love and friendship. Feel the vibe of ” No work all play” and you’ll get swept away.
