The Mullins Sisters

If you’ve ever heard siblings singing in harmony, then you know how special it is. The Mullins Sisters, Deanna, Betty, and Mary deliver a sound only families singing together can, and that is what sets them apart from other musical groups.

With roots in the Appalachian mountains of Virgina, and from traditional country classics to today’s hits and beyond, these sisters make every song and performance their own with their unique blend and musicianship. Whether just playing acoustically or with full band, it’s a sound enjoyed by all ages.

The sisters are currently cast members of the Old Dominion Barn Dance in Hopewell, VA and have shared the stage with such legends as Mickey Gilley, Johnny Lee, Gene Watson, Jimmy Fortune, Jeannie Seely, Ricky Skaggs, Janie Fricke, The Malpass Brothers, and more! The sisters have also performed at many fairs and festivals as well as public and private events throughout Hampton Roads and Virginia.

The release of their CD, yesterday’s gone, afforded them the opportunity to break in to the independent music vein, and win vocal group of the year at the Josie Music Awards in Nashville in 2016 and several independent music nominations as well.

Add in their band the troublemakers, Randy Bolam on drums and vocals, Mike Reed on lead guitar and vocals, Daniel Menzies on acoustic guitar and vocals, Mark Smilor on steel guitar, and Johnny Kemp running the soundboard, and you have the full TMS experience!
