With multiple world tours under her belt, it’s easy to see why Charissa remains an in demand singer between Nashville and Los Angeles. From her first performance in a fourth grade talent show, to singing the National Anthem at world famous sporting events, and playing some of the hottest spots from the United States to Australia, her power house vocals and massive stage presence blend with a soulfulness you have to hear to believe. She moved to L.A. straight out of high school, to pursue her dream. She’s had many ventures, including being involved with several top-40 bands and soul groups, a 5 girl A Cappella group, backup singing for several artists including Reba McEntire, Brandy, Raven Simone, Tre Hardson, and toured worldwide with the legendary Engelbert Humperdinck.

Charissa can also be found recording and producing vocals, for various studios in the Los Angeles and Nashville areas. Composition began early for Charissa, as she wrote her first song at the age of ten, which she called “That Boy”. Many years and several hundred songs later, she will have written or co-written each of the songs on her solo records, “This Road” and “Sun City Revival”. You can also hear her on “Raw”, an album released by the popular Nashville band, Phoenix Drive, in which she was co-lead singer. Charissa also sings yearly for The Help Groups “Teddy Bear Ball” held in Los Angeles, which is a fundraiser to help families of children with Autism. Charissa currently resides in Nashville, TN where she is continuing to write, record, create, tour, and pursue her dreams.
